**Location**: Delhi NCR

**Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales or similar work

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Work Schedule**: 6 days a week, 10 AM - 8 PM

**About ScrapUncle**

ScrapUncle is a platform that helps people schedule pickups for junk items like paper, metals, plastics, and e-waste. Our service allows people to get paid for recycling their junk. We have done over 50,000 pickups and recycled more than 2.5 million kilograms of waste. We are growing fast and need a Field Sales Executive to help us expand.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Generate Leads**:

- Visit local areas, residential societies, and businesses to find potential customers.
- Identify new people and businesses that might be interested in our service.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for finding leads.

**2. Recruit Pickers (Blue-Collar Workers)**:

- Find and sign up workers who will collect junk items for ScrapUncle.
- Explain how they can benefit from working with us and provide them with the necessary training.

**3. Field Marketing**:

- Spread the word about ScrapUncle in local areas by distributing flyers and posters.
- Attend local events and markets to promote our services.
- Help organize on-ground promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

**4. Problem Solving on the Ground**:

- Handle any problems that come up during field visits, such as customer complaints or picker issues.
- Ensure smooth operations by working with the team to coordinate logistics.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or similar work.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Motivated with a willingness to do fieldwork.
- Must be willing to travel within Delhi NCR.
