**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading the drawing production from Detailed Design to the GFC stage, under
- guidance from an architect
- Excellent Drawing skills with efficiency and speed
- Good technical knowledge of Building components and adapting the same per design requirements.
- Software : - CAD

**Preferable**
- BIM proficiency
- Client interface experience
- Consultant Coordination experience
- Coordination with Quantity Surveyor, familiarity with BOQs
- Worked in Design Intensive architecture studios - 15 to 20 people,
- Familiarity / past living experience with climate and culture in Delhi.
- Interested in long-term growth in the studio (ideally not planning
- Masters, or any other personal movement at this point)
- Familiarity with quick turnaround of projects while maintaining design quality

**EXPERIENCE : -**
- 4 to 6 years of work experience
- Worked on detailed design, tender to execution stage of at least one medium ( at least 20000 sqft ) to large scale complex projects, preferably with central HVAC.

Qualification - Certified CAD course / Equivalent experience

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Delhi, Delhi - 110070, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
