**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Field** **Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves **fieldwork**, requiring regular visits to clients, leads, and business partners. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media
- Identify and meet potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable products/services
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations at client sites
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competition, and customer needs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (field sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- High school diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
