**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Hindi Voice Process (Day Shift, Mohali)**

**Location: Mohali, Punjab (Office-based job)**

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring for a Hindi-speaking Customer Support Executive for a domestic voice process. This is an office-based job with no sales targets, where you will handle customer calls, solve queries, and provide information politely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend inbound & outbound customer calls (Hindi process).
- Provide correct information about products/services.
- Solve customer issues politely or escalate to senior staff.
- Maintain call details and feedback in basic computer software.
- Follow company scripts and calling etiquette.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Languages: Hindi (Basic English is a plus but not compulsory).
- Good communication & listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge & typing.
- Freshers & experienced can apply.
- Comfortable with office timings (Day shift).

**Working Hours**:

- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
- Sunday Fixed Off / Rotational Off (as per schedule).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- ₹12,000 - ₹15,500 per month (Fixed + Incentives).
