IT Intern

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to support our IT department. The intern will assist with daily technical operations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support end-users in resolving technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Help maintain IT documentation and asset records.
- Assist with setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Learn and support various internal systems and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with MS Office, internet connectivity issues, and system setups.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of networking basics (IP, LAN, WAN).
- Knowledge of remote support tools (like TeamViewer).
- Interest in IT support, networking, or system administration.
