**About the Role**: We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Trainer to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial professionals by imparting your knowledge and expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive workshops and seminars to enhance learners' understanding of accounting concepts.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to learners at various skill levels.
- Assess learner progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting education.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful teaching or training experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, advanced Excel, Tally, Busy, and e-accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create engaging training materials.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
