**Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design**
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop brand guidelines and design concepts.
- Develop and maintain visual content such as logos, banners, brochures, and other promotional material.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms while adhering to the brands identity and guidelines.
- Work with copywriters, photographers, and other creatives to deliver cohesive and engaging visual stories.
- Optimize designs for print, web, and mobile platforms.

**Video Editing**
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal projects.
- Assemble recorded footage into a finished project that meets the companys standards.
- Add special effects, graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance the final product.
- Ensure video content is optimized for various digital platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with other departments to incorporate feedback and finalize video edits.
- Manage multiple video editing projects while adhering to deadlines.

**Additional Duties**
- Assist with the creation of motion graphics and animations for digital ads, social media posts, and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, software tools, and video editing techniques.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative direction and new content ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and video editing techniques.
- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Desired Skills and Experience**

2 years relevant work experience, Photoshop, Premier Pro.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
