**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Administrative Duties:

- Oversee all administrative functions of the school.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain accurate records (student files, staff documentation).
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle general inquiries and internal correspondence.
- Salary : upto 3lpa

- Timings: 8 am to 5pm ( Monday to saturday)

Facility Management:

- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of school premises.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance with contractors.
- Monitor utility services (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
- Implement and oversee health and safety protocols.

Staff Coordination:

- Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
- Schedule staff meetings and training sessions.
- Assist management in performance reviews and staff evaluation.

Event Coordination:

- Plan and manage school events and activities.
- Handle logistics and operational needs for events.

Budget and Financial Support:

- Assist in budget creation and expense tracking.
- Monitor costs and suggest cost-effective solutions.

Communication:

- Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and students.
- Facilitate clear internal communication among all teams.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in admin and facility roles (preferably in a school).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant tools.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Immediate joiners preferred.**:

- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Quick decision-making in case of emergencies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
