**Job Objective**:
Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring increased prescription and achieving sales targets while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Product Promotion and Sales**:
- Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight unique selling points (USPs).
- Drive prescription generation by showcasing product benefits.
**2. Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and healthcare providers.
- Schedule and conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies.
**3. Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.
**4. Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on competitors' products, strategies, and market trends.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
**5. Reporting and Documentation**:
- Submit timely sales reports and call data to the manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
**6. Compliance and Ethics**:
- Adhere to industry and company policies regarding ethical promotion.
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical guidelines and regulations.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay

**Experience**:
- Pharma: 1 year (preferred)
