**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential students over the phone, offering insights into our air-hostess training programs.
- Serve as a welcoming voice that answers inquiries and resolves concerns, presenting our courses and associated opportunities.
- Assist students in the enrollment process, ensuring they have access to all necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records and meet monthly enrollment targets through effective tele-sales techniques.
- Collaborate closely with our admissions team to deliver a seamless experience for students.
- Stay well-informed about aviation industry trends and course offerings to provide the most informed guidance.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our admissions process by gathering feedback from prospective students.
- Attend training sessions aimed at improving your skills and knowledge.

**Job Title: Telesales / Telecounselor**

**Salary Range**:

- Freshers: Starting at 16,000 in-hand.
