**Role Description**

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer who’s passionate about children’s products and digital design. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to create engaging web layouts, product pages, social media graphics, and promotional materials that enhance our brand and captivate our audience.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with web design tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
- Creative thinking and attention to detail in designing visual elements
- Knowledge of SEO principles and responsive design
- Portfolio showcasing previous web and graphic design projects
- Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and ad campaigns.
- Develop engaging, user-friendly web layouts that align with Kidulan’s brand identity and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all platforms.
- Create eye-catching banners, product images, and promotional visuals tailored to target parents and caregivers.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Stay updated on design trends, particularly in e-commerce and children’s retail, to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
