**Responsibilities**:
1.Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

2. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

4. Create and manage content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.

5.Coordinate and organize promotional events and activities.

6. Assist in the production of marketing materials and collateral.

7.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

8.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales goals.

**Requirements**:
2. Masters in business Administartion

3. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pools or construction industry.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
