As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of agricultural production, sustainable farming practices, crop management, and agricultural technology. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or early-career professionals looking to explore the agricultural industry and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist with day-to-day farming activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop management. - Monitor and document crop growth, soil health, and pest management. - Participate in the maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment and machinery. - Assist with farm inventory management, including tools, seeds, and materials. - Engage with farmers to explain and demonstrate how our products fertilizers, machinery can improve farm productivity, sustainability, or efficiency. - Collect feedback from farmers regarding their experiences with our products and relay information to the team to help improve product offerings and services. - Conduct research on best practices in sustainable farming and precision agriculture. - Work with the team to implement environmentally-friendly farming practices, including water conservation and organic farming methods. - Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing input and observations from on-the-ground experiences. - Assist in farm labor and operational tasks as needed, such as fieldwork, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or a related field. - Passion for agriculture, sustainability, and hands-on work in outdoor environments. - Strong interest in learning about agricultural technologies, crop science, and farm management. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. - Basic knowledge of farming equipment, tools, and safety protocols is a plus. - Good communication skills and attention to detail. - Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in farming, gardening, or agricultural-related activities (volunteer work, personal projects, or coursework). - Basic understanding of crop rotation, soil health, and pest management practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry skills. - Interest in pursuing a long-term career in agriculture or a related field. **Benefits**: - Gain practical experience in sustainable farming and agricultural production. - Opportunity to work alongside experienced agricultural professionals and learn about various areas of farm management. - Exposure to agricultural technology and innovation. - Networking opportunities within the agricultural industry. - Possible academic credit (depending on university policies). - Include any other benefits like transportation, stipend ,health benefits. **How to Apply**: **Job Type**: Internship Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Commuter assistance - Internet reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 19/11/2024
