**Job Title**: Mechanical Fitter - Premium Furniture Manufacturing Company

**Location**: Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 Years
**Qualification**: ITI (Fitter / Mechanical)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **assembly, fitting, and installation** of mechanical parts and machinery.
- Carry out **maintenance and repair work** on mechanical systems used in furniture production.
- Identify and troubleshoot **mechanical faults, alignment, and performance issues**.
- Ensure all machinery and tools are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve **machine uptime and productivity**.
- Maintain accurate **maintenance records and service logs**.
- Follow **safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)** strictly.
- Ensure **quality workmanship** and adherence to company manufacturing standards.

**Skills & Requirements**:
ITI (Fitter / Mechanical Trade) certified
Minimum 3 years of experience as a **Mechanical Fitter** (preferably in manufacturing / production industry)
Strong **technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills**
Hands-on experience with tools, drills, grinders, and assembly machines
Knowledge of **hydraulic and pneumatic systems** preferred
Must be **punctual, disciplined, and quality-oriented**
Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
Commitment to **safety, precision, and performance excellence**
