**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students and working professionals on educational and career programs offered.
- Understand individual needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversions.
- Provide accurate information about course structure, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/Database regularly.
- Collaborate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and counseling skills.
- Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
