**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Baking & Cake Preparation**
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, including sponge cakes, mousse cakes, and specialty cakes.
- Experiment with flavors, fillings, and textures to create unique and high-quality cakes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

**Cake Decoration & Customization**
- Design and decorate cakes for various occasions (weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.).
- Work with fondant, buttercream, ganache, and other decorative techniques.
- Create customized cakes based on client specifications and trends.

**Kitchen Management & Operations**
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the pastry section.
- Manage inventory, order ingredients, and ensure mínimal wastage.
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and assistants.

**Client & Business Interaction**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their cake design requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative cake concepts.
- Work with the marketing team to showcase new cake designs and seasonal offerings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Pastry Chef specializing in cakes**.
- Proficiency in cake baking, decoration, and customization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and artistic skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
