**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and map client **financial and accounting workflows** to system modules.
- Lead project discussions with clients, identifying key pain points and proposing ERP solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to financial and accounting modules.
- Prepare **Statements of Work (SOW)** and workflow diagrams to document scope and responsibilities.
- Assist in **data migration**, including ledger entries, opening balances, and trial balances.
- Create and maintain **project documentation**, including meeting minutes and progress sheets.
- Perform **quality testing of accounting modules** to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct **user training** for client finance teams and assist during go-live.
- Provide **post-implementation support** for issues related to accounts, tax, and financial reporting.
- Manage change requests related to finance or compliance requirements.
- Handover finalized projects to support teams with proper documentation.
- Lead or participate in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- Qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial systems
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of accounting/ERP software is a plus (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, smERP)
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations (if applicable)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (developers, support, client users)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
