**Need Female Tele calling Executive (Only female)**

Need to attend calls and follow the clients

Schedule making and allocating employees according to the schedule.

Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using our services.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Making recordings of all the phone calls and deals.

Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Language preferable: English, Tamil, Hindi

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
