This position is crucial in attracting and recruiting talented students to our esteemed university. As an Admission Executive/Admission Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of aspiring students by assisting them in their academic journey and guiding them through the admissions process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Student Recruitment:

- Promote Chandigarh University and its programs to potential students through various channels such as education fairs, school visits, and open house events.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, counselors, and other relevant organizations to generate leads and increase awareness about the university.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote the university and its offerings.
- Application Processing:

- Counseling:

- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and their families to address their concerns, answer their questions, and provide detailed information about the university's programs, campus life, facilities, and financial aid options.
- Assist students in choosing the right program that aligns with their interests and career goals.
- Communication and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all communication and interactions with students and stakeholders.
- Update and utilize the university's CRM system to manage and track prospective student information.
- Collaborative Efforts:

- Collaborate with other university departments, including academic divisions and student services, to ensure a smooth transition from the admissions process to enrollment.
- Participate in university events, including orientations, presentations, and recruitment drives.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and recruitment strategies to enhance the visibility and reach of Chandigarh University.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse group of students, parents, educational organizations, and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in a similar role in an educational institution will be an advantage.
