**Job Position: College Registrar**
**Educational Qualification: Master Degree/MBA/Ph.D**
**Experience: 7+ years as College Registrar/Administration**
**Job Location: Vagamon - Residential Campus.**
**Salary : Rs.50,000 to Rs.70,000 per Month**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**1. Directs the daily operations of the Registrar's Office/Campus; serves as an internal consultant and implements faculty academic policies; reviews policy exception requests.**
**2. Recommends and participates in the development and implementation of university policies and procedures regarding student registration, records, class schedules, instructional space scheduling, residency requirements, identification cards, and graduation requirements.**
**3. Maintains and upgrades the University's academic information infrastructures.**
**4. Establishes and implements short
- and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates program effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement.**
**5. Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; oversees recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of unit staff.**
**6. Oversees the overall operations of programs reporting to this position.**
**7. Represents the University to various institutional divisions as well as externally to governmental agencies, vendors, students and their parents, and/or the general public.**
**8. Recommends and participates in the development of institution policies and procedures**
**9. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.**
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kottayam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- College Registrar: 5 years (preferred)
