**Role**: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect with 8 to 10 years of industry experience to join our team. As an AI/ML Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and robust AI/ML architectures and algorithms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving innovation and shaping the future of our organization.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.
- Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems, including data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed using AI/ML techniques.
- Perform new product solution validation and end to end data flow, solution, interface, workflow & reports and performance testing.
- Create templates and artifacts towards reusability and automation decreasing implementation lifecycle, reducing errors post go-live and efficient support operations.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, platforms, and frameworks to build scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions.
- Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality and efficiency of AI/ML implementations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI/ML models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and implementation details for AI/ML projects.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. Assists Project Managers in planning efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI/ML by attending conferences, workshops, and relevant training.

**Desired Skills**:

- 8 to 10 years of industry experience working with AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML architectures
- Proven ability to successfully drive adoption & deliver customer projects
- Outstanding written / oral, organizational, analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment with maturity, leadership, and calm confidence
- Demonstrated ability to empower and earn the team's trust
- Must be a driven self-starter
- Ability to communicate across diverse cultures, work styles, and personalities

**Preferred Skills**:

- Required to have Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D. in Statistics/Machine Learning/Data Science/Analytics /Computer Science or Engineering from premier institutes
- Preferred to have PhD in Data Science/Analytics/Computer Science from premier institutes

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
