Guest Relation Executive

**Job Duties**:

- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal.
- Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
- Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional in demeanour and presentation.
- Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Observant, discriminating and detail-oriented
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Analyze customer feedback, online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
- Build a long-term association with the clients.
- Record all necessary data and information in the designated registers everyday.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

**Minimum Qualification Requirement** **Minimum 2 years of experience in the same industry. ** Effective communication (Fluent in English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills
- Possession of basic computer operating skills - MS Office/Excel is desirable.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

- Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
