**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that promotes learning through play and exploration.
- Plan age-appropriate activities that encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Adapt curriculum to meet the individual needs and interests of each child.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to learn and explore.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines to promote positive behavior.
- Monitor and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and development.
- Provide guidance and support to parents on child-rearing practices and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues regarding their child's education and well-being.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Support and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides.
- **Documentation and Assessment**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor each child's growth and development.
- Use assessment data to inform curriculum planning and individualized instruction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
- State teaching certification or licensure (required).
- Previous experience working with preschool-age children in a classroom setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education theories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with young children.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
