SS Career Crafters is hiring freelance recruiters who can work from home and earn up to 45000 per successful closure. If you have experience in hiring or are confident in your people skills, this is your chance to work flexibly and earn based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Share shortlisted profiles with the internal HR team
- Maintain regular communication and status updates

**Requirements**:

- Prior recruitment experience preferred (BPO hiring is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Access to a phone, internet, and basic sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals etc)
- Self-driven and result-oriented approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
