**Job Description - English Diction Faculty**

Position Overview:
**YS Group, distinguished among the top 50 schools in India**, is seeking an experienced and dedicated English Diction Faculty member. The primary responsibility is to create an English aura on the campus, emphasizing correct pronunciation and fostering a language-rich environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **English Language Enhancement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall English language proficiency of students.
- Emphasize correct pronunciation, enunciation, and articulation.

2. **English Aura Creation**:

- Infuse the campus with an English language-rich environment by organizing language-themed events, activities, and displays.

3. **Pronunciation Training**:

- Conduct pronunciation workshops and training sessions for students across different age groups.
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to help students improve their pronunciation skills.

4. **Interactive Sessions**:

- Facilitate interactive English language sessions, discussions, and storytelling to engage students and foster a love for the language.
- Encourage students to express themselves confidently in English.

5. **Collaboration with English Department**:

- Collaborate with the English department to align language enhancement initiatives with the overall curriculum.
- Support English teachers in implementing effective language learning strategies.

6. **Cultural and Literary Events**:

- Organize English language-based cultural events, literary fests, and debates to showcase and celebrate language proficiency.
- Encourage participation in inter-school English competitions.

7. **Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of current trends and methodologies in language teaching and learning.
- Attend workshops and conferences to continuously enhance personal and professional skills.

8. **Communication Enhancement**:

- Work with students on verbal and non-verbal communication skills, including clarity, intonation, and expression.
- Conduct activities that improve fluency and build confidence in spoken English.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in language teaching, particularly focused on diction and pronunciation.
- Strong command of the English language and a keen understanding of phonetics.
