**Why Do we exist?**
Every company today wants to leverage cutting-edge technology - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics - to make smarter business decisions.
Data is the foundational block on top of which these advanced techniques can be applied. However, business users in every company struggle to get access to accurate and reliable data. Data resides fragmented across the 100s of business software that businesses use. Majority of the data operators time is spent manually consolidating data and too little in deriving insights.
If this collection can be automated, it can lead to making business decisions faster, unlocking exponential growth, and delivering a superior experience to customers.
At Hevo, our mission is to enable every company to be data-driven. We started on this journey 4 years back and as the first step in this direction, we built our first product Data Pipeline or simply Pipeline”.

**What does the role of Business Associate - Founders’ Office at Hevo look like**:
Hevo is looking for a dynamic Business Associate to join our Founders’ Office, who will work directly with the Founders and drive their priority projects and executive coordination.
This role will give you an insider look at how a fast-growing company scales and operate, from the vantage point of the executive team.
**What will you do at Hevo**:
- You will be responsible for executing special projects and initiatives, for the CEO and functional heads, that are strategic to the company.
- Perform primary and secondary market research and analysis for various special projects to be presented to the leadership team.
- Build a deep understanding of all areas of the business - to determine the priorities of the CEO through weekly meetings and identifying opportunities to increase the leadership team’s and the company's effectiveness in execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, to make him 10x more productive.
- Build reports in excel and make presentations to the leadership teams on a timely basis for executive decision-making.
- Drive executive-level operations - project planning, executive schedule coordination, business reviews, follow-ups.
- Help plan and organize a variety of events for the leadership team.
- Solve challenges and eliminate any executive-level roadblocks on a regular basis.
- 0 - 2 years of work experience.
- An MBA from a college of repute would be a positive, but not a necessary requirement.
- A strong academic and extracurricular background.
- Held positions of responsibility during their undergraduate or graduation days.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and execution capabilities
- Orientation to details as this is a high-stakes job as you will work directly with the CEO
- Ability to think clearly and make sound judgments within time constraints
- Growth mindset and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
- Proficient in Excel, Power point, and word strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information.
