**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide remote technical support across the company. Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Manage employee laptops and mobile phones through endpoint management solution.
- Manage the IT department’s on and off boarding processes.
- Application management, including setup and configuration, permission management, patching, backup and business continuity.
- Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.
- VPN and anti-virus installation, management, and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software products for purchase.
- Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
- Manage IT asset register of software and hardware
- Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience as an IT intern or junior IT support assistant
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Good experience in troubleshooting desktop operating systems remotely
- Ability to work independently from home and drive outcomes virtually
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Flexibility with your work schedule as you will need to on/off board employees in different time zones
- Programming or scripting experience is beneficial
- Strong and stable internet connection of at least 15 MBPS.
