**Your Mission**

You will build and scale the digital identity of Moguls of luxury / Maison de Moguls, leading our social media presence — especially on Instagram — to grow our reach, convert followers to fans, and position us as the ultimate destination for modern moguls.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Instagram content calendar (Reels, stories, posts, carousels)
- Design and write luxury-driven content aligned with our tone
- Strategically grow our follower base with creative campaigns
- Analyze insights and optimize content performance
- Assist at shoots, events, or meetings in Delhi
- Coordinate with creatives and freelancers
- Collaborate directly with Founder on brand campaigns

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**
- Has 2-5 years of experience in social media strategy (luxury/fashion/beauty preferred)
- Has a sharp eye for aesthetics and editorial storytelling
- Thinks creatively, independently, and brings strong digital ideas
- Understands how to build Instagram Reels, captions, and trends
- Is comfortable with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Later, Notion, and CapCut
- Is based in Delhi and open to a hybrid working model
