Job Description - IT Server Team

Ø High proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary.

Ø Fluency in speech - Ability to hold a conversation with ease.

Ø ITIL Foundation certificate. Including Incident, Change configuration and Problem management.

Ø A good level understanding of IT infrastructure and how it supports the business

Ø Time management and prioritization abilities

Ø Ready to work off business hours, e.g. (power down, out of hours fixes for production environment).

Ø Escalate situations arising from customer complaints to the immediate Manager.

Ø Communicate effectively to both internal and external users

Ø Accurately record and priorities Incidents and Service Requests against defined SLAs and resolution targets

Ø Aim to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible through the investigation, diagnosis and resolution of incidents where possible.

Ø Good to have with Microsoft certification -AZ 900, AZ-104

Ø Provide 3rd line support to investigate and troubleshoot issues.

Ø Basis knowledge on scripting - PowerShell, Script etc.

Ø Understanding on OS hardening.

Ø Experience of AD, DNS, DHCP, File server, Hyper-V and Windows Failover Cluster

Ø Experience in network and security fundamentals

Ø Basic understanding of backup, preferably Netbackup

Ø Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 OS, Good to have with Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V), Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V), Virtual Server

Ø Set clear team goals and KPIs

Ø Delegate tasks and set project deadlines

Ø Do regular performance evaluation

Ø Motivating team to put more efforts to improve their performance and give everybody equal opportunity

Ø Communicate & provide guidance to team about their performance

Ø Plan and organize team-building activities

Ø Team player, Good time-management skills & Great interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹255,706.34 - ₹1,022,355.38 per year
