**Job Summary**:
PMS Financial Services is looking to hire a **Operations & Research Associate** who can support the investment, trading and client handling team with the below. The role will be crucial in business development and planning market strategies for the business.

**Experience**:Minimum 2 Years or above

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking Financial Research and Analysis Specific to Sectors/Companies and maintaining Client relationships on research.
- Communicating trading calls and investing ideas to customers.
- Handling Mutual Funds and end to end operations of it.
- Able to trade on behalf of clients, keeping them informed about the rates, research information and market outlook, order & trade details and confirmation.
- Ability to advice the clients from time to time based on the research calls.
- Maintain cordial relationship with existing clients.
- Maintaining communications and coordinating with teams to make sure constant & smooth operations on a routine basis.
- Should be able to run & manage Back-office software.
- Microsoft Office proficient.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **Bachelor's/Master’s degree** in business, finance, or commerce from a reputed college/university.
- Should have basic understanding of the Financial Markets
- Equity, Mutual Funds & Debt.
- Strong Interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills.
- Microsoft office proficient (Esp. MS Excel).
