**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections of garments at various production stages.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain detailed QA reports and documentation for each batch inspected.
- Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
- Work closely with vendors and factories to ensure quality compliance before shipments.
- Implement and improve quality control procedures and inspection protocols.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in garment quality assurance or quality control, preferably in an export-oriented unit.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of garment construction and quality standards.
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with AQL standards and inspection methods.

Pay: ₹8,600.69 - ₹45,013.10 per month
