**Marketing Executive**

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s mechanical construction services, building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The role involves market research, client outreach, proposal preparation, and coordination of marketing campaigns tailored to the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mechanical construction sector (industrial, infrastructure, MEP projects, etc.).
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media, and online campaigns.
- Support tendering and bidding processes by providing relevant market insights and client data.
- Monitor and report marketing performance, ROI, and lead generation results.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferred: Mechanical ).
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in construction or MEP.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical project requirements and translate them into marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
