Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities.
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess and record students' progress systematically.
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents on progress.
- Prepare students for national examinations.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline in the classroom.
- Encourage good practice regarding punctuality, behavior, and standards of work.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings, and training events.
- Keep up to date with developments in the curriculum area, teaching resources, and methods.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' attendance, progress, and development.
- Undertake pastoral duties and support students on an individual basis.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in English.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as an English Teacher at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum is an advantage.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karnal, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (required)
- English teaching: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
