Smart Ed Techno Solutions is a leading provider of educational services, specializing in teacher recruitment, resource management, and consulting. We are hiring on behalf of our **client school**, which follows the prestigious **IGCSE curriculum**, for the position of **IT Teacher.**

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the holistic development of students from Primary to Higher Secondary levels while working in a collaborative and professional school environment

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach **Information Technology** to students in **Grades 9 to 12**, aligning with the curriculum standards of **IGCSE and A & AS Levels**.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, course materials, and assignments in adherence to the syllabus.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Use interactive teaching methods, digital tools, and real-world examples to engage students effectively.
- Provide guidance for project work, programming, and IT-related problem-solving activities.
- Foster critical thinking and innovation among students.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct assessments, assignments, and projects as per **IGCSE and A & AS Level standards**.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, focusing on areas of improvement.
- Assist students in preparing for board examinations and competitive assessments.
- **Lab Management**:

- Manage computer labs and ensure the availability of necessary software and hardware for practical sessions.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Coordinate with school management, parents, and colleagues for student progress reviews.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and teacher training sessions to enhance teaching methodologies.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and curriculum progress.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to the school administration.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 years of teaching experience, specifically in handling Grades 9 to 12.
- Prior experience teaching **IGCSE, A & AS Levels** is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of IGCSE and A & AS Level curricula.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.
