Job Description: UIUX and Digital Product Designer

Introduction:
Key Responsibilities:

- Wireframing & Mockups: Ideate and design low to high-fidelity wireframes and visual mock-ups using Figma.
- Multimedia Production: Conceptualize and produce a wide variety of multimedia items for digital media.
- Design System Creation: Develop a cohesive style guide and design system for consistency across products.
- Visual Content Development: Create concepts, layouts, infographics, artwork, and interactive visuals for digital products.
- Requirement Analysis: Understand design requirements by analyzing briefs and studying specifications.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with modern design principles and trends to enhance product appeal.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and effectively communicate design ideas.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Acceptance Criteria:

- Education: B.Tech or relevant technical background.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Portfolio: A visual design portfolio showcasing work in the UI/UX domain.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience in digital product design.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient user of modern web/mobile apps and AI tools.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Design Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of design experience with a focus on user experience and interface design.
- Figma Expertise: Professional working knowledge of Figma for design and prototyping.
- Wireframing & Prototyping Tools: Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interactive demo creation tools.
- Visual Design Skills: Proficiency in image design and manipulation, video/audio editing, and animation.
