**Key Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or other systems.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including printers, routers, and VoIP systems.
- Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Provide IT onboarding for new employees and assist with training on company systems.
- Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed to protect company data.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,143.89 - ₹34,476.97 per month
