**Job Summary**:
The Marcom Avenue is a 360-degree marketing and communication agency, partnering with clients to accelerate growth through creative strategies and ROI-driven performance metrics. Based in Gurugram, we provide innovative solutions and tailor-made services to help businesses achieve their objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the content team, including in-house writers and freelancers.
- Develop high-quality long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, POVs, LinkedIn posts for CXOs and brands).
- Drive short-form content creation for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and strategists for integrated campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on data and insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and award opportunities.
- Train, mentor, and upskill the team to maintain high creative standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in award-winning campaigns.
- Expertise in long-form content strategy and short-form copywriting.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring content teams within an agency setup.
- Strong storytelling, editing, and brand voice development skills.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across creative, strategy, and marketing teams.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- You do not have prior agency experience.
- You are a generic content writer without team leadership or campaign experience.
- You cannot provide evidence of impact-driven or award-worthy work.

**Special Requirements**:

- Must have contributed to an award-winning campaign/team.
