HM Security Services is hiring **disciplined and responsible Security Guards** for **Industrial units, Societies, Retail stores, Commercial buildings, and other sites**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safeguard property, people, and assets at the assigned site
- Manage entry/exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
- Maintain proper log-book entries (visitor details, material in/out, shift reports)
- Check ID cards, bags, and conduct basic security checks
- Respond quickly to emergencies and report incidents
- Follow company rules, discipline, and maintain a professional attitude
- Assist guests and guide them politely when needed

**Required Skills & Qualities**:

- Ability to read/write basic entries in English/Hindi/Gujarati
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Alert, disciplined, and physically fit
- Ability to manage situations calmly and responsibly

**Qualification**:

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass
- Experience in security preferred (not mandatory)
- Ex-servicemen welcome

**⏱ Working Hours**:

- 12 Hours Shifts (Day/Night)

**Salary**:
As per site & experience (Negotiable)
