**Position Overview**: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with an MBBS degree to join our team. The RMO will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, assisting in the management of critically ill patients, and supporting consultants and nursing staff in various hospital areas, including the Intensive Care Unit and Theatre recovery area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage critically ill patients pre and post-operatively.
- Assist in the insertion of arterial and central lines when necessary.
- Support consultants and nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit, Theatre recovery area, wards, or other hospital areas as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive notes and treatment records for all patients attended.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of physiology and patient assessment.
- Experience in patient care, particularly in critical care settings, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
