**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and packaging.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding and meet the requirements of marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce creative solutions for marketing and communication projects.

**Creative Development**:

- Contribute innovative design ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, typography, and visual arts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input for content development and visual storytelling.

**Content Creation**:

- Edit and enhance images and videos when necessary.
- Create layouts and designs that are visually engaging and user-friendly, ensuring the best user experience across platforms.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Liaise with printers, external vendors, and marketing agencies to ensure high-quality production of all print and digital materials.
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and follows industry standards.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet their needs.
- Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and maintain a collaborative approach to the creative process.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with design software like Canva, Sketch, or Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
