We are looking for Work Instruction Creator with 4-8Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.

**Key Skills**: Tech Pub Studio or any an XML, VSM and Lean production, production documentation, JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint, and cloud-based systems

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating Work Instruction for the manufacturing process and production process flow
- Creating assembly instruction for mechanical assembly components
- Supporting on creating and maintaining of VSM (value stream Mapping)
- Onsite support during installation prototype build
- Stakeholder Interaction & Management

**Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency)**:

- Education as Mechanical/Electrical engineer with min 4-8 years’ experience from the Wind & Heavy machinery Industry.
- Experience with production and manufacturing processes, Lean and project management.
- Hands on experience with TechPub Studio or any an XML-based Component Content Management System
- Extensive understanding work environment and safety
- Broad experience with VSM and Lean production
- Experience with production documentation

**Desired Skills**:

- Prior knowledge of JIRA, Teamcenter, SharePoint, and cloud-based systems
- Good understanding within design, documentation, and high technical understanding
- A future focused mind with attention to detail and motivation as a "completer"
- Value transparency, teamwork & improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
