As an Accounts Executive at Shifa Interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**: Process vendor invoices and expense claims, verifying accuracy and completeness. Prepare payment vouchers and schedule payments in accordance with payment terms and company policies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Generate customer invoices and maintain billing records accurately. Follow up with clients to facilitate timely payment collection and resolve billing inquiries. Monitor accounts receivable aging and escalate overdue accounts for collection efforts.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, providing insights to management for decision-making.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Record banking transactions accurately and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
- **Expense Management**: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. Verify expense receipts and allocate expenses to appropriate accounts for accurate reporting and analysis.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements. Maintain updated knowledge of tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits for the company.
- **Audit Support**: Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and information as requested. Assist in implementing audit recommendations and improving internal controls to enhance financial transparency and integrity.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
