**Job Title**: Officer - ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)
**Experience**: 1 to 3 Years
**Industry**: Pharma / API Manufacturing
- Perform analytical method development and validation for API products.
- Conduct routine and stability analysis using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and KF.
- Prepare and review analytical documents such as protocols, reports, and raw data.
- Support process development and scale-up activities through analytical testing.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements in all analytical activities.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and R&D teams for analytical troubleshooting and data interpretation.

**Desired Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, IR).
- Knowledge of method validation and ICH guidelines.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in API industry preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
