**Programming Proficiency**: Advanced skills in object-oriented programming, particularly in Python. Proficiency in C++ is desirable. Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow for working with neural networks and LLMs is essential.

**Data Handling Expertise**: Proven experience in data manipulation, cleansing, and anomaly resolution using relevant Python libraries. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers is required.

**Large Dataset Management (Highly desired)**: Demonstrated ability to address challenges associated with large datasets, including experience with text corpora and unstructured data.

**Debugging Experience**: Evidence of experience in code troubleshooting and debugging, with a focus on LLM-related issues.

**Version Control Proficiency**: Skilled in the use of Git or similar version control tools.

**Database Management**: Competence in SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) database management and querying. Experience with database design for storing and querying textual data is preferred.

**API Integration**: Familiarity with APIs and web services for financial data acquisition is beneficial. Experience with APIs for accessing LLMs and NLP services is highly desirable.

**Machine Learning Knowledge**: Theoretical understanding of machine learning principles, with a focus on natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) in the context of LLMs.

Blockchain Familiarity (Nice to have): Basic understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and DeFi principles is advantageous.

**Statistical Analysis**: Demonstrable knowledge in statistics, time series analysis, and probability theory. Understanding of statistical methods for NLP and text analysis is highly valued.

**Independence and Ownership**: Self-driven in managing complex tasks with mínimal guidance, delivering technical requirements, and presenting analyses effectively. Ability to read, update, and adapt oneself to rapidly evolving algorithmic landscape is essential.

**Problem-Solving Attitude**: Demonstrates initiative in self-learning and perseverance in overcoming technical challenges related to LLMs and NLP.

Very high sense of agency and ability to be paradropped into situations to think on first principles to solve problems.

**Educational Background**: Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated self-learning in these fields.
