Position: Front Office Executive / Receptionist
**Location**: Guru Rajendra Jain International School, Rajgarh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh
**Accommodation**: On-campus accommodation with meals provided
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per school protocol.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for school leadership.
- Manage front office supplies, courier services, and administrative support tasks.
- Handle student and staff inquiries with politeness and confidentiality.
- Maintain neatness and discipline at the reception area, ensuring a positive first impression of the school.
- Support admission-related processes by coordinating campus visits and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with transport, security, housekeeping, and other support services when needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Diploma in office management or front office operations preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Polished telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to stay on campus and be flexible with working hours during events, parent meetings, or emergencies.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, punctuality, and school decorum.
- Friendly and empathetic approach while dealing with students and parents.
**Application Process**:
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
