Techical Associate

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system performance issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technology solutions.
- Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades as required.
- Support the documentation of technical procedures and processes.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand technical requirements.
- Maintain security and data protection best practices in technical operations.
- Research and recommend improvements in technical infrastructure.
- Provide user training and technical guidance as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role (IT support, software development, networking, etc.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
