Provide booking various Shipper/CHA/Forwarders.
- Coordinate with Shipper/CHAfor handover details.
- Coordinate with Shipper/CHA for SI and S/BILL.
- Coordinate with theSupplier for BL draft (HBL and invoice).
- Provide BL draft to various Shipper/Forwarders.
- Provide to various Shipper/Forwarders.
- Making invoices as per our sales agreed a rate and sending the Shipper and Forwarders.
- Coordinate with shipper for any correction in BL draft.
- Arranging SOB/RFS or SEA WAY B/L from S/l ines as per Shipper/Forwarder Requirement.
- Provides ailing confirmation or rollover reason to Shipper/Forwarders.
- Provide new advisory from S/Lines to customers.
- Daily report updation in E-Freight suite software.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Okhla, South East - 110020, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sea Import Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Air Import Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
