Telly Caller

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our Sales Department. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered
- Assess the needs and requirements of customer
- Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
- Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
- Pitch the services directly to the potential customers

**Qualifications**
- Must be Graduate
- Prior experience in telesale representative or customer service executive
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant knowledge of MS office and telephone systems

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
