Experience:

- Total Experience : 3- 4Years Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Minimum Experience : 1 Year as a Graphic Designer In Media OR advertising Industry is Mandatory.

**Job Summary**:As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into visually compelling designs for various media platforms. Your work will encompass a wide range of projects, including digital and print materials, promotional campaigns, and visual assets that support our storytelling efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Design**: Create eye-catching and impactful designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, posters, and more.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all design materials adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that align with the project's vision.
- **Concept Development**: Generate design concepts and ideas that enhance storytelling and effectively convey messages to the target audience.
- **Print Materials**: Create visually appealing print materials, such as flyers, posters, banners, and promotional collateral.
- **Image Editing**: Manipulate and retouch images to enhance their quality and impact.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**: Address design challenges creatively and adapt to changing project requirements.
- **Client Interaction**: Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine designs as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize ideas visually.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of multimedia and video editing tools is a plus.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
