**Mastering Up** is a leading EdTech company dedicated to providing high-quality education across various scientific disciplines. We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Level 1 Zoology Instructor to create engaging online courses for our ever-expanding platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver compelling online content covering a variety of zoology topics, adhering to our curriculum and learning objectives.
- Utilize various multimedia elements like simulations, interactive exercises, real-world case studies (e.g., conservation efforts, animal behavior research), and captivating visuals of the animal world to create dynamic learning experiences.
- Craft clear and concise explanations of core zoological concepts, including animal anatomy, physiology, behavior, and diversity, ensuring learners with varying backgrounds grasp the material effectively.
- Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of existing zoology course content.
- Respond to learner questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and a deep appreciation for the animal kingdom.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and discoveries within the exciting field of zoology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Zoology, Animal Biology, Ecology, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in explaining scientific concepts to a general audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive online content, including demonstrations of animal behaviors and visualizations of animal anatomy (a plus).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Passion for zoology and a desire to share your knowledge with aspiring zoologists, veterinarians, and animal lovers.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms is preferred.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience developing online courses or other instructional materials for zoology topics.
- Industry experience in research, animal-related fields (e.g., wildlife conservation, animal training, veterinary medicine), or science education.
- Knowledge of specific zoology sub-disciplines (e.g., animal behavior, evolutionary biology, herpetology).
- A captivating and engaging teaching style that fosters a love for animals, scientific inquiry, and environmental responsibility.
